How to Start a Return

If your CosmoGlo light isn’t the right fit, you can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original CosmoGlo packaging.

  • All parts must be included.

  • Returns sent without the original box may not be accepted; you can request a replacement box for a fee.

  • All returns are subject to deductions for original and return shipping costs, taxes, and processing fees.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Orders shipped outside the continental U.S., Hawaii, or Canada

  • Items purchased outside of warranty (e.g. spare/replacement parts)

  • Items sent without submitting a return request

To begin the process, reach out to our team for next steps and review our full Return Policy. If your return request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid label and instructions.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after your item is received and inspected. Please allow at least 1–3 business days for processing.

For damages, defects, or wrong items, please contact support within 30 days of delivery. A photo or video is required to initiate any return or warranty claim.
