CosmoGlo does not have access to or control over installment payment plans set up through third-party services like Shop Pay, Afterpay, or PayPal. These providers handle the financing agreement separately from your order with us.

What CosmoGlo can help with:

• Updating the product in your order (if changes are still possible)

• Changing the shipping address before fulfillment

• Canceling an unshipped order

What CosmoGlo cannot help with:

• Viewing or changing your payment plan

• Accessing your interest rate, number of installments, or due dates

• Moving or delaying payments

These financing providers pay CosmoGlo in full at the time of your order. Your payment agreement, including all financial terms, is between you and the provider. For any payment-related questions or changes, you’ll need to contact the payment plan provider directly.
