How do I return?Updated a day ago

Our return policy allows returns for CosmoGlo lights and our other products received within 30 days of delivery. 

If you'd like to proceed with a return, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email. All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return.

Please note that open boxes and support parts (including phone clips) are not eligible for return.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 1-3 business days after our returns department receives the return.
