What is CosmoGlo Protection?

CosmoGlo Protection is an extended protection plan that keeps your light covered beyond the standard 1-year manufacturing warranty. It protects against accidental damage, wear and tear, and cosmetic issues that aren't covered under the standard warranty.

Plan Options:
You can choose from three coverage options:

• Monthly subscription (renews automatically)

• 1-year plan

• 2-year plan

Each plan is valid per CosmoGlo Light and must be purchased for each unit you'd like covered.

What it covers:
CosmoGlo Protection includes coverage for:

• Accidental damage

• Wear and tear

• Cosmetic issues (like scratches or dents)

• Damage from drops or falls

What’s included:
Eligible parts for replacement may include:

• Halo

• Poles

• Base

• Power supply

• Clamp

• Logos

• Screws

• Rubber feet

• Rubber bands

• Toolkits

Note: A small deductible may apply when filing a claim.

What’s not covered:

• Theft, loss, or total replacement of the light

• Lights not purchased from CosmoGlo.com

• Products beyond the coverage term

• Lights without a valid CosmoGlo Protection plan
