Can I return my CosmoGlo order?Updated 40 minutes ago

We hope it’s love at first light—but if your CosmoGlo product doesn’t quite meet your needs, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in the original CosmoGlo packaging, and include all parts. If you don’t have the original box, we can help you order a replacement for safe return. Returns that arrive damaged or incomplete may be subject to a deduction or denied.

What’s Eligible for Return:

  • New CosmoGlo Lights 
  • Unopened accessories and products in original condition

What’s Not Eligible:

  • Open Box items
  • Supporting parts (including phone clips, halo arms, and pole/bases)
  • Used or damaged items not in original condition

How to Start a Return:

  • Contact our support team to request a return and review the policy details.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email.
  • All returns must use our company-issued label to ensure proper tracking and processing.

After We Receive Your Return:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt by our returns department. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund on your account.
